Ingredients

1 Recipe Coconut Bacon ((below))

Spinach Greens

Red Onion (sliced)

1-2 Avocados (cut in half and sliced)

Hard or Soft Boiled Eggs

Lemon Tamari Vinaigrette

Juice from 1/2 – 1 Lemon to taste

4 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbs Tamari

Pinch Cayenne

Lots of Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Coconut Bacon

2 Cups Large Coconut Flakes not shredded

2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 1/2 Tbs Tamari or soy sauce

1 1/2 Tbs Sriracha

2 Tsp Maple Syrup

1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
